Entomophobia – fear of insects – keeps people away. If we look closely we can discover how interesting these creatures have evolved. These paintings celebrate the fascinating world of insects, these true living jewels.


This series of 40 artworks was created in 2018. They were exhibited in 2022 at ELITEArt Gallery and then in 2023 at SENECA Anticafe in Bucharest, Romania.

Technic: mixed media on paper, watercolor, metallic pigments, ink, egg shell, size 20×30 cm.
