Imaginary Maps

I started the painting series “Imaginary Maps” in March 2013 and exhibited at the Museum of Comparative Art in Sângeors-Băi. It was continued during the Summer Symposium of the same year, organized by Maxim Dumitraș. Later he painted at home, in Bucharest, and participated in two editions of the Art Symposium at the Botanical Garden in Jibou, in 2014 and 2015. Some of the works were exhibited at the Winter Salon in 2013 and the Spring Exhibition in 2014 , both, organized by UAP Bucharest The works could also be seen in the personal exhibition at the Culture and Art Center in Zalău in 2014. It was followed by the exhibition at the Dialog Gallery in Bucharest, between November 2016 and January 2017 and in 2019 at the Romanian Cultural Institute in Bucharest. The project is in development, being complete with the new journeys that Lucian Muntean will follow.
